The English one is awfully fussy. It doesn't accept the traditional county names, but expects the modern administrative units instead - incidentally making a nonsense of its "Ceremonial Counties" claim; whatever a ceremonial county is meant to be, you'd think it would have something to do with the traditional counties - so "Yorkshire" is unrecognised for instance! And you have to know the official name of the county too, so "East Yorkshire" is also rejected, you have to type "East Riding of Yorkshire" to tick that one off. And by the time you've gone through that lot you've used up a substantial chunk of the available time! So yes, I'd say that anyone who can get through that lot in ten minutes is very clever indeed. Alas there's not a Scottish one. I see the Asian countries quiz is biased towards the Burmese military dictatorship - it wants "Myanmar" and rejects "Burma"...
One of my friends at work and I had a number of bones to pick with the Asia one. Macao and Hong Kong are part of China, so it's disingenuous to treat them as independent. Tibet is an independent country that is illegally occupied by China. Taiwan is not recognised as an independent nation by most countries. "The West Bank" and "Gaza" are part of the State of Palestine.

And isn't Hong Kong part of China now?
