winterbadgerUgh. N is still poorly; worse than yesterday, rather than better, poor love. And I feel like I'm getting a cold (thank goodness not the 'flu again, I think). Blech!
It was lovely to hear her voice when she called this afternoon, but it's got to be horribly frustrating. I know she was looking forward to her game tonight, but no basketball for Nora this week. :-(
My friend Amy (Amy the Hiker, not Amy the Bronze Age Celt) is suffering too; first she had a nasty stomach bug, now that's better but she's doen something to her foot; so much for this week's training for her next foray to the Appalachian Trail in April.
Soccer class this evening then an early night, I think, though I do need to do some laundry and ironing. *sigh* I'd so much rather be watching my sweetie play b-ball, but there it is,
