Aug. 24th, 2010 04:39 pmWashington, DC, a dangerous place
This has been thoroughly mocked in many parts of the blogosphere (and, of course, hotly defended in others) for its perceived racism and general goofiness.
However, what really got me was the comment posted on the originating blog from a Maine Tea Partyer who had stayed at a cheap hotel in DC and said that "I called home and while I was on the phone there was a burst of 9MM automatic weapons fire in the street."
Aren't people like the Tea Party fervid about preserving our right to bear arms? Then why be so alarmed that people are exercising it? :-)
