But first breakfast.
Do check out Iron Mitten if you like cartooning and history. It's priceless, as if Quentin Blake or Ronald Searle were a wargamer or military historian.
That cats have been bust re-establishing the tribal bond. Phineas has been rubbing himself all over me. Busby insisted on lots of petting and playing. But Nicholas has been nearly inseparable, sleeping on the bed next to me and, when I wouldn't get up when he wanted me to and insisted on sleeping more, coming and curling up on the other pillow, so as to keep an eye on me.
- laundry
- groceries
- sweeping and vacuuming
- giving the bathroom a clean
- tidying up generally
- cleaning out catboxes
- taking out trash (something nasty in there)
- homework
- moving files off my desktop to the new laptop and its supplementary external drive
- backing up and then defragging the remainder of my desktop drive
- delivering thank-you gifts to my cat sitters
- lunch and hanging out with K
- gaming and probably dinner with Peter
