See the icon? I now have one of those nifty badges, except mine says 2007. :-) I scored a 98 on the referee exam, and I am now duly authorised to go screw up hapless teams' games by making atrocious calls. ;-)

gr_c17 came over last night and we played a very enjoyable match of Hammer of the Scots in between my making and our eating some Indian food (from packets, not from scratch...)
Neta and I haven't seen each other since Monday (though we email every day and talk most every day), and I miss her something powerful. A number of things are making life very difficult for her right now, and I feel as if I've been no use at all to her this week. :-( Tomorrow we're having dinner and having an evening at the movies, either at a local movie house or at the Big Red Couch Cinema (in my living room). I hope that will help at least make up in part for my delinquence.
