May. 5th, 2005 08:13 amEight hours' sleep, uninterrrupted, and I'm feeling much chippier. Even having Nicholas the Devil Cat standing in the window next to me and mooing his obscure grievances (whatever they are) is not annoying (yet, Nicholas, yet...) Some petting is in order (for Nicholas, I mean.)

vikingcat has arrived. Let's see... oh, bugger! Poland has revolted! The largest, most central Warsaw Pact country is up in arms, and all my forces, either dealing with the revolt in Roumania or prepared for the much more likely revolt of East Germany and Czechoslovakia, are miles away. My supply lines threatened, my plans in shambles.. these Poles will pay!
