Nicholas is home from his extended leave.

All is right with the world.

(Well, not everything. DC Utd tied a very contentious game that they should have won, IMO. But the IMPORTANT stuff is all OK.)

Thanks again to the boys' temporary hosts--they helped us out of a tough spot and got a lodger for an extra couple of days. :-)

And thank you to everyone who has asked after Czar Nicholas I and expressed kindly thoughts. He is lying flat in the absolute middle of his realm right now, sniffing everyone who walks by carefully.

And washing.

Looks like I missed all the excitement in my usual weekend-facebook-vacation, but I'm glad everyone's home and happy again! How awful it must be to have an indoor kitty go missing -- ours our both indoor as well and I can imagine the worry. ♥ to Nicholas and you both. =^_^=
