Well, if that wan't enough drama...

So a couple of us were sitting around at dinner tonight and the subject of RPGs came up. [livejournal.com profile] shy_kat likes Ars Magica, Fading Suns, Earthdawn, some others. [livejournal.com profile] john_arundel likes Call of Cthulu and Runequest (and OLD D&D). I like Pendragon (and I'm interested in a wuxia variant of it I found on the web), GURPS, Tekumel, and CoC. [livejournal.com profile] shy_kat and I met (more or less) playing in an L5R campaign. And all of us agreed with [livejournal.com profile] redactrice that Bushido would be fun.

Are any of our friends interested in running or playing in a campaign of any of the above? I'm not promising three players, signed and delivered, or two and a GM, but it would interesting to know if there were other folks out there with a yen for a game. Under the right circumstances, I'd even run something truly depressing like Elric or the old Warhammer Fantasy RPG, if ther were interesting people who were willing to get together once a month or so to play (once a week would be ideal, but also impossible).

I could be talked into a game of whatever. I'm not hot on learning new systems, but I probably would in a pinch. I'm much more interested in playing than running.
