a recommendation

I've been looking up various books I like on the Web recently for a variety of reasons, and I keep hitting the Green Man Review website. Given that they seem to review so many of my favourite authors, and do so very well, I'd really recommend checkign them out.

I've just known too many people who wrote for GMR and then quit. When one person left, he took her reviews and changed her byline (her real name) to a pseudonym. :( (I've always refused to write for him; I wound up reviewing items for his competition instead. ;)

He does have some good writers, but there's a lot of turnover. :(

Of course, this is just my personal opinion. :)

Rambles. http://www.rambles.net

I've not written a lot lately, though I have that Richard Thompson/Dar Williams show to finish and Heather Dale to write up. I'm Ellen Rawson; you can find my stories there. The most recent is Suzanne Vega.

The guy who heads up Rambles used to work for GMR back when it had another name.
