I have to thank gr_c17 for enriching my day by sharing this link to a website full of really cool models. Submarines, airships, cannons. tractors... all researched and hand-built by a very ingenious and hard-working fellow. I think one of the things I love most about his site is how he seamlessly mixes real history with classic science fiction and stuff I think he's made up entirely from his own imagination.
