People who haven't had haggis never believe me when I say this, but haggis is delicious! The one thing you have to watch out for is that it's got a massive proportion of oats in it, and is usually accompanied by a fine single malt Scotch (though of course this is not, required; the less single malt other people drink, the more is left for the rest of us! :-) But the oats can suck up a good quanitity of moisture, and the more you eat, especially if accompanied by usquebagh, the more you get dried out.
