American Film Institute list of top American films

gr_c17 brought this to my attention and that of john_arundel. At first he didn't spot the "American" qualifier and vented a quite impressive plume of molten rock and poisonous gases about all the foreign films that had been left out. ;-) I'm still not sure how 'Lawrence of Arabia' qualifies as an American film, but...
Opinions? Disagreements? Agreements? (Naw, those are never any fun! ;-)
