Remember how I was originally impressed by the U Glasgow admin efficiency? Those days are rapidly receding from my memory.
OK, I'm leaving aside how I had to send them the same piece of information four times before they could grasp that they now had it. And I'm not commenting on the fact that they first sent me a conditional offer email, then (once I had fulfilled the conditions) an unconditional offer email that conveyed essentially the same information as the first email.
Now I've been sent another congratulatory email.
Twice.
The same email, four days apart.
With (among other things) a link to the international student support page on their website. Only the link resolves to this message.
